Our Services primarily consist of digital products, AI-powered software, subscriptions, memberships, downloadable resources, educational materials, research reports, APIs, and other digital offerings. 5. Free Trials

Unless otherwise specified, free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions if they are not cancelled before the trial period expires.

Where a subscription converts following the expiry of a clearly disclosed free trial, charges incurred after the trial has ended are generally non-refundable.

Where a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or without reasonable basis, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated account, revoke access to purchased Services, recover any outstanding amounts owed, and pursue any other remedies available under applicable law.
15. Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, Aiverda Labs actively monitors transactions for suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, and other suspicious conduct.
We reserve the right to delay, decline, or reverse transactions where we reasonably believe that fraudulent activity may have occurred.
