What Gooten Is and How It Fits Into Print on Demand
Gooten is a print-on-demand technology and fulfillment company that routes orders to a global manufacturing network. It was founded in 2015, and its order management platform is called OrderMesh. Taylor Corporation announced the acquisition of Gooten in October 2025, and the company continues to operate under its own name.
The Gooten Network combines more than 30 manufacturers with software that handles routing, production and shipping. Orders go to one of more than 70 global locations, chosen so the item ships closest to the customer. Production and shipping typically take two to five business days. A production timetable page lists current times by product category.
Gooten is free to use, with no upfront or hidden fees. Merchants are charged only when a customer buys a product. The company markets itself to start-ups, small and mid-sized businesses and enterprises.
Gooten Features for Brands and Merchants
Product Catalog and Exclusives
The catalog includes clothing, home and lifestyle items, drinkware, wall art, accessories and baby products. Gooten lists more than 200 products exclusive to its network. Drinkware brands include Klean Kanteen, CamelBak and Viking. Wall art spans over 100 sizes of posters, prints, frames and canvases.
Apparel Brands and Best Sellers
Apparel brands include Bella + Canvas, Champion, C2 Sport and Lane Seven. Best sellers include woven cotton blankets, folded cards and kiss-cut stickers. Canvas wraps come in more than 30 sizes. Dedicated pages cover custom stickers and phone cases.
Production Methods
Depending on the product, Gooten uses direct-to-garment printing, dye-sublimation, woven production and embroidery. Accessories cover travel bags, totes, scarves and embroidered hats. Office items include phone cases, notebooks and desk mats. Personalized products are also available.
OrderMesh and the API
OrderMesh is the order management software behind the Gooten network. The Gooten API supports custom stores, homegrown tools and unusual use cases such as in-game shops. Gooten already served as a technology provider to Taylor’s print-on-demand business before the deal. The company states a 99 percent accuracy rate under a three-day service level.
Who Uses Gooten and How
Gooten targets entertainment merchandise brands, fashion and apparel labels, home decor sellers, personalized gift shops and creator agencies. Etsy and Shopify merchants add the Gooten app to publish products and sync orders. The Etsy integration meets Etsy’s requirements for on-demand third-party manufacturing.
Larger brands use the API and OrderMesh to manage several vendors from one system. Start-ups pay nothing until a customer orders. Products marked worldwide in the catalog ship to almost anywhere, with a short list of unsupported countries.
Gooten Pricing and Integrations
Gooten is free to use, and merchants pay per order. Gooten’s platform page lists integrations with Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and a custom API. The Shopify app is free to add, and Gooten holds Shopify Plus Certified App Partner status.
Production happens across the network rather than in a single factory. Merchants manage products and orders from one interface. In short, one network and one order system serve custom products made close to the buyer.
