What Test Page For Printer does
Test Page For Printer is a free site that helps you find out what is actually wrong with your printer instead of guessing. It offers precision test sheets you can print at home, including color, CMYK, black and white, nozzle check, alignment, scale, photo, duplex and blank pages, each as a true vector PDF in US Letter and A4 sizes. You print the sheet that matches your problem, look at the result, and the site's plain-English guides explain what the marks mean, whether your nozzles are clogged, your colors are off, or your alignment has drifted. There are also troubleshooting guides for common problems like streaks, fading and blank pages, brand how-tos for Epson, Canon, HP and Brother, and handy tools like a scale calibration checker and an ink cost calculator. Everything is free, there is no account to create, and the pages are designed to give you a clear answer in minutes so you can fix the problem or know exactly what to tell support.
How to use it
Choose the sheet that fits the symptom, pick Letter or A4, and print at 100 percent with fit-to-page switched off. Compare the printed patterns with the result guide for that sheet, then follow the next check it suggests. Print one copy first, and use the guides for your printer brand when a cleaning or alignment step is needed.
